Pirin Lodge

Gramadeto · Bansko · Bulgaria

A mountain address that stayed a community

Fifty apartments at the foot of the Pirin mountains, a few minutes on foot from the gondola. Pirin Lodge was built as a residence and is lived in as one: neighbours from a dozen countries, a shared wellness centre, and a building that is looked after.

Pirin Lodge under snow

Built for the mountains, kept for the people who live here

The building sits in Gramadeto, the quiet southern edge of Bansko where the resort meets the forest. The gondola, the restaurants and the shops are within walking distance, yet the street itself is calm. Inside, the emphasis has always been on the things that make a mountain home comfortable in January: solid insulation, a fireplace in every apartment, hot water that does not run out, and warm common areas.

What the building offers

Wellness centre

Sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi, reserved as a private slot so you have the zone to yourself.

Walking distance to the lift

The gondola station, the taverns and the ski shops are a short walk from the front door.

A fireplace in every apartment

Marble fireplaces and solid beech floors. Firewood can be arranged through the building.

Private ski cellars

Skis, boards and boots stay downstairs, out of the hallway and out of the apartment.

Central laundry

Shared washers and dryers, so a week of mountain clothes is not a problem.

Gardens, parking and security

Landscaped grounds, free parking on site and security around the clock.

For residents

The residents portal is where the building comes together: reserve the wellness centre, read what the manager has posted, find the documents of the owners association, and report a fault without chasing anyone by phone.
