Practical information
The questions that come up most often, about the area and about the building.
Where exactly is Pirin Lodge?
In the Gramadeto district, on the southern edge of Bansko, between the town and the mountain. The gondola station, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
How do I get there?
Sofia airport is the usual arrival point, roughly 160 kilometres away by road, and transfers take about two and a half hours. Plovdiv and Thessaloniki are the alternatives.
What currency is used in Bulgaria?
The lev. It has been pegged to the euro at 1.95583 leva to the euro for many years, which makes prices easy to estimate. Cards are accepted almost everywhere in Bansko.
When is the ski season?
Normally from the middle of December to the middle of April, depending on snowfall. Outside that period the mountain is used for hiking and biking, and the town is considerably quieter.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking on site is free for residents and their guests, and the grounds are watched around the clock.
Who can use the wellness centre?
Residents of the building. It is reserved through the residents portal as a private slot, so the sauna, the Turkish bath and the jacuzzi are yours for the duration of your reservation.
How do I get access to the residents portal?
Accounts are created by the building manager for residents and owners. If you live here and do not have a login yet, get in touch through the contact page.
In which languages does the site work?
English, Russian and Bulgarian, on the public pages and in the residents portal alike. Your language preference is stored on your account.
Are apartments for sale or for rent here?
This site is the site of the building and its residents. It does not sell or rent apartments, and the prices from the original developer are long out of date.
